Peter has never written a song for KISS that wasn't co-writen by another person as well (usually his buddy Stan Petridge (Beth, Baby Driver, Hooligan, Dirty Living)) So my guess is no, Peter did not write the riff, mainly because I don't think he can play any instrument other than drums (barely). He may have hummed out the tune and wrote the lyrics, but my guess is this is probably more Stan Petridge's work than Peter Criss'
